Correct Golf Swing

The Perfect Golf Swing

Golf Swing Guide To The Best Golf Swing

Improving your golf swing requires a lot of hard work. You need to practice a lot to achieve the best golf swing . All golf players are seeking to improve  their swing to obtain perfection, but not many reach this goal. Golfing aids may help you to make your swing better. If you are beginner in golf you definitely need to choose the correct golf swing aid. Finding the best aid is the hardest thing. Personally I have tried over 20 golf training aids and only few helped me.
A Few tips on choosing a golf training aid :

When you are looking at the aid try to find feedback or a review on it. If the feedback is positive you may try this product yourself, try borrowing or renting it for a while if you can. I suggest you get one guide and stick to it. When you are sticking just to one guide you will achieve much better results.

If you are beginner you need to know the golf swing sequence :

Firstly you need to concentrate on a target. Only think about the target your going to hit. Attempt to blank other thoughts out of your head, FOCUS!

Now you can start the takeaway. The main purpose if the takeaway is to determinate the swing’s shape and tempo.

Setting the club head to the right position is the next step. This step is so important because setting the club head correctly will lead you to a more powerful and accurate shot.

Now check your club at the middle point of the back swing. Your left arm should be near your body and the right elbow should be slightly bent down towards the ground. Now you can start turning your lower body.

Next step -  straighten and release your arm, rotate the body and finish your swing with a hand above left shoulder.

This is the golf swing sequence which you have to follow.

Every amateur golfer is constantly searching for golf secrets to considerably enhance their game. Yet they are not very easy to come by. The competitiveness of the game will not let the professionals to simply tell all their precious secrets.

Since the golf game is all about doing the correct golf swing, a golf secret related to the swing would be considered pretty advantageous. This article carries two valuable secrets related to the golf swing.

Firstly, the further simple understanding can go a long way in improving your golf game. It is the simple fact that a golf drive is a very unusual movement for the body. Because of this, the body obviously resists every single effort we try to make towards perfecting our golf swing. Realizing this and getting steps to condition the body so that swinging a golf club becomes as effortless a movement for the body as probable, is a golf secret that will improve any game in leaps and bounds.

Conditioning of the body will include workouts designed to fortify your key ‘golf muscles’.

The second golf secret I will share in this article has to do with stretch exercises.

For a enhanced golf game, stretching before the game should be part of your warm-up. Carefully warming up before the stretch exercises so that your core body temperature is get higher will help you get around injury which is common with people who are hasty about warming up or totally pass over it overall.

Warming up does not have to be an sophisticated point. You can for example walk very fast from your car to the practice range.

The shoulder joint is the primary you should stretch with movements like arm circles and arm crosses. The hamstrings and lower back are also very important parts of the body for a golfer. You should slowly ease into toe touches starting off with faintly bent knees and slowly straightening them.

Another important golf secret you should note is that stretching exercises should be recurred for a second time after the golf session ends. Spending a few moments stretching your muscles which you will have just put through a lot of stress will be a great help. This will avoid a lot of soreness and stiffness of muscles.

These are advantageous golf secrets that will transform your game.

Today’s topic is an area in your golf swing that is sometimes neglected. It is not really talked about too often, and that is…..how to properly rotate your hands through the ball. Lucky for us, this golf tip is simple to implement and will have a positive impact on your game if done correctly. Let’s take a closer look….

Golf Swing Tips: Improve Your Game By Rotating Your Hands Through The Ball

Time for some exercise. Go grab a club and swing it. Now when you are swinging notice the position of your hands and forearms at the point of impact. What we are going to try to do is to get you in the proper position at the impact point. This will have a HUGE effect on your golf game. Just think about it, the impact point and its angle, determines whether you hit a shot straight, slice it, hook it, etc.

While you are swinging try to keep your wrists straight and locked. Do not let them bend to the left or right at impact, this is known as a “wrist break” and it will have a bad effect on your golf shot. What we want to do is “flip” the hands through the ball at impact. The exercise that I have below will help you learn this simple technique…

The Wrist Watch Exercise

Ok, the easiest way for us to learn the proper form is if we can see the correct moves to make. This can be done easily with a simple wrist watch. So, go grab one…

Now that you have your watch let’s get started. The face of the watch should be pointing toward your target, this will probably be the green, as your leading arm approaches impact. Now when you come to the impact position, TURN YOUR HANDS OVER so the watch face is pointing towards the ground. This move forces your trailing wrist and forearm to “flip” on top of your leading wrist and forearm. Practice this technique several times so that it becomes a completely natural movement within your golf swing.

Mastering the technique of rotating your wrists through the ball at impact forces your club face to stay closed and will significantly reduce your slice and improve your distance. Those two things will definitely help anyone’s golf game.

When implementing this tip, it’s important to note that your forearms should be working together. Keep your forearms as close to each other as possible through the impact zone. Once you master this technique you will be well on your way to longer, straighter shots, and a lower golf score :)
