The idea behind the design of this ball retriever is great! I loved using it. However, I noted two issues with it. (1) When you are finished with your round, extend the retriever and wipe it dry, leaving it to completely air dry, else it will rust! (2) The very top section has come loose and we had to drill a hole and insert a small screw to keep it from falling off during use. Great idea, but a few painful flaws.

What a piece of junk! Would not extend after couple of uses! Froze solid. WD40 wouldn’t even make it work!

The item works better than I had anticipated! Very well built, and works very very easy! I would highly recommend this item if you need to fish for balls or try to get them back from a fenced yard.

The product was shipped quickly and met my expectations. The only item that could be improved is the spring. It comes off frequently.
